Current Dental Assisting Permit Coronal Polishing Certificate Nitrous Oxide Certification or willingness to complete certification State Radiation Safety Certification Familiarity with EMR systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft Knowledge of infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures. Ability to perform X-ray procedures accurately while adhering to safety protocols for radiation exposure. Strong understanding of dental assisting procedures including chairside assisting, taking vital signs, and supporting four-handed dentistry practices. Basic knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, and dental records management. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on comprehensive care. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
