Registered Dental Hygienist - Montrose Dental Partners - Bend, OR

We are a close-knit, patient-centered dental practice looking for a skilled and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. With one doctor, two dental assistants, and two front desk team members, every person here plays an integral role in delivering exceptional care. You won't be a number — you'll be the backbone of our preventive care program. We're a recently updated practice with experienced ownership and a supportive, collaborative team looking for a dedicated RDH to grow with us. What you'll do Perform thorough dental hygiene exams, periodontal assessments, and prophylaxis treatments Take and review radiographs and document findings accurately in patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, home care, and preventive strategies Collaborate closely with the doctor on treatment planning and follow-up care Build lasting patient relationships in a warm, friendly practice environment Support the team with a positive, can-do attitude every day What we're looking for Active RDH license in good standing (state licensure required) Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with digital radiography and practice management software Excellent communication skills and a genuine love of patient care Team-first mindset — you thrive in a small, collaborative setting New grads welcome to apply; we love investing in the right person What We Offer: $62–$72/hour depending on experience Flexible scheduling (M-Th, 2-4 days/week) Medical & vision insurance (FT) 100% employee dental benefit up to $10,500 401(k)eligibility (FT) $1,500 annual CE allowance PTO, paid holidays & performance bonuses Mentorship from an experienced dentist Full-time: Full schedule with opportunity to grow alongside the practice.
