We are part of Aloha Medical Dental Square , a modern and expanding healthcare campus designed to support a high-quality patient experience, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and long-term growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist who wants to practice in a well-presented, professional environment with flexibility and strong upside. We are looking for an endodontist who is confident in delivering excellent care, communicates well with patients and referring doctors, and values clinical quality, professionalism, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is motivated to build long-term success and preferably brings an existing patient base, referral relationships, or the ability to attract and maintain their own patient pool. This position is part-time to start , unless the doctor already has a strong and consistent patient pool to support additional days immediately. We are ideally looking to begin with Fridays , with potential expansion into Thursdays and Saturdays , and we are open to adding days as needed for the right specialist. The doctor will have access to our facilities, operatories, equipment, dental assistants, and support team . We will assist with scheduling and help build the doctor’s schedule gradually over time. However, preference is given to specialists who are able to bring their own patients, referral relationships, or existing production from the beginning .
