We are seeking an confident and enthusiastic full-time Dental Assistant âsomeone who is patient-focused, service-minded, and ready to support both clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities of our Dental Assistant include: Provide 5-star, service-minded care to all patients Accurately document existing conditions and new treatment Manage patient flow to optimize scheduling and reduce wait times Ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols Collaborate with the front office on appointments, treatment planning, and scheduling Maintain strict infection control procedures Assist Doctor with restorative procedures What do we need from you? Warm, family-oriented, patient-first attitude Strong communication and education skills Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work seamlessly with a team 2+ years of surgical dental assisting experience (Preferred) 1+ Years of Dental Assisting experience ( Required ) Current PA x-ray license ( Required ) Experience with Archy software is a big plus! We are offering a work/life balance friendly schedule. No Fridays or weekends!
