Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist in all clinical procedures including restorations, impressions, temporaries, and sealants Perform expanded functions as allowed under Pennsylvania EFDA certification Communicate clearly and warmly with patients about treatment, post-op care, and oral hygiene Maintain a clean and organized operatory and sterilization area Contribute to a calm, fun, and respectful team atmosphere Deliver care that is patient centered and never rushed What We’re Looking For: Active Pennsylvania EFDA certification Strong communication skills A positive, bubbly personality who thrives in a collaborative environment Attention to detail and a passion for providing top notch care Experience in a general dentistry setting is preferred but not required What We Offer: A supportive, close-knit team environment A modern, paperless practice with up to date technology Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with matching Continuing education support Flexible scheduling and respectful work life balance We run mostly on a 4 day work week with no evenings or weekends.
