Duties Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments, materials, and supplies for various dental procedures. Assist the dentist during exams and treatments and ensuring patient comfort through chairside assistance. Take high-quality X-rays and operate medical imaging equipment while adhering to strict infection control and aseptic techniques. Manage patient records accurately using Open Dental, including updating medical documentation and dental terminology. Maintain a clean, organized workspace following infection control protocols aligned with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and greeting patients. Qualifications Proven experience in dental assisting. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, infection control standards, and aseptic techniques. Ability to perform X-ray procedures accurately while maintaining safety standards. Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Experience with chairside assisting in four-handed dentistry to optimize procedure efficiency. Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
