Registered Dental Hygienist - Dr. Michael G. Paat, DMD - Pottstown, PA

Our small, family-oriented, and privately owned dental practice has been serving the Pottstown and surrounding areas for over 20 years. As a fully digital office providing restorative care, removable and fixed prosthodontics, and implant restorations, we are seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team. The position requires availability on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays from 8 am to 6 pm. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Check on patient comfort during treatment to alleviate patient anxiety Sterilize dental instruments properly Review and update medical and dental histories Perform thorough and gentle prophylaxis for patients Take x-rays as prescribed by the dentist Apply sealants and fluoride Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques Maintain supply inventory for hygiene treatments Assist front desk by answering phones and scheduling appointments as needed Perform other tasks as assigned by the dentist Required Qualifications: Current Pennsylvania dental hygiene license X-ray Certification CPR Certification Compassionate, friendly, gentle, and reliable with excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: One year or more of dental experience New graduates encourage to apply Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $40.00 per hour Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications Ability to Commute: Pottstown, PA 19464 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Pottstown, PA 19464: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
