We are looking for a Licensed Dental Hygienist with strong leadership abilities to step into a Clinical Coordinator role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a pediatric setting, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to maintaining both clinical excellence and an outstanding patient experience. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading the clinical team, driving daily operations, and ensuring every child leaves with a smile. Clinical Care Expectations Deliver high-quality preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral health education Create a fun, friendly, and comfortable experience for pediatric patients Support doctors during exams and help guide treatment flow Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols Leadership Expectations Lead, coach, and support clinical team members to maintain a positive, high-performing environment Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and patient-first care Help onboard and train new team members in Cavity Busters standards and culture Foster a fun, energetic atmosphere that reflects our brand Operations & Coordination Oversee daily clinical flow to ensure efficiency and productivity Collaborate with front desk and management to optimize scheduling and patient experience Address patient and parent concerns with empathy and professionalism Monitor and maintain clinical supplies, equipment, and organization Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies What We’re Looking For Active Dental Hygienist license 2+ years of clinical experience (pediatric experience a plus) Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience Passion for working with children and creating a fun environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team-building abilities Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Work Location: In person
