What You’ll Do Provide thorough, high-quality dental cleanings including scaling, polishing, and preventive care Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and oral health status Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care Take digital X-rays and ensure proper safety protocols are followed Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes using our dental software system Partner closely with the doctor and team to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience Help create a comfortable, welcoming environment for every patient Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols What We’re Looking For Active Dental Hygienist license (state compliant) Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient comfort Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional chairside manner Experience with dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar is a plus) A team player who is reliable, positive, and adaptable Passion for patient education and high-quality care Why You’ll Love Working With Us Monday through Thursday schedule – no weekends Supportive, team-oriented environment Focus on quality over volume Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the practice continues to expand Modern office with up-to-date technology If you’re looking for a practice where you can truly make an impact and be part of a team that values both patients and each other, we’d love to connect with you.
