Here's the reality: You were trained to do more than fix teeth. At Wally, you will. You'll practice evidence-based, minimally invasive dentistry that emphasizes early intervention and long-term health — including treatments like Curodont and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). You'll own the diagnostic story — leading comprehensive exams, interpreting findings with your hygiene team, and guiding patients through what their oral health actually means. Your role is clinical leadership: diagnosis, treatment planning, and early intervention strategy. And you won't do it alone. We trust our dentists to lead care with the full backing of a trained hygiene and diagnostic team, modern technology, and collaborative workflows that let you focus on what you do best. As a founding provider at our Philadelphia studio, you'll help shape the care experience, the culture, and how clinical collaboration works from day one.
