Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and handle patient intake with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage appointment scheduling using Dentrix dental practice management software, ensuring optimal patient flow Verify insurance benefits Maintain accurate medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper documentation review Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette; direct calls efficiently and schedule appointments promptly Conduct insurance verification, explain treatment plans to patients, and assist with financial arrangements including the collection processes, as needed Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records and office supplies Experience Positive attitude is a MUST! Dental Insurance Coordinator experience is a MUST Familiarity with Dentrix is also preferred Excellent computer skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse patient populations effectively Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on patient service excellence in a healthcare setting Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating a positive environment where patients feel cared for from their first contact to their final visit.
