Are you a dedicated and motivated dentist looking for the perfect balance between clinical autonomy and collaborative growth? We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our practice, offering a unique opportunity to work across two established, busy locations. The Opportunity This role is designed to provide both independence and mentorship. We are looking for a clinician who can hit the ground running and eventually grow into a long-term, 4-day-a-week position across our two offices. Campbell Dental Associates(Thursdays): You will act as the sole provider at this location. This position requires confidence in treatment planning, patient management, and efficient clinical workflow. Pittsboro Family Dentistry(Initial 2 Days, Growing to 3): You will work alongside another experienced dentist. This environment is high-volume and provides a great opportunity for mentorship and collaboration. We are looking for someone eager to help this location continue its growth trajectory. Growth Path & Schedule We value long-term stability and are looking for a candidate who is ready to scale their hours with us: Initial Schedule: 3 days per week total (1 day at Location A, 2 days at Location B). Target Schedule: 4 days per week total (1 day at Location A, 3 days at Location B). Long-Term Goal: We eventually aim to transition the schedule to 3 days at Location A and 1 day at Location B, offering flexibility and variety in your patient base. Why Join Us? Partnership opportunity : With experience, there is the potential to partner with the owner in one or both of the offices Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree. Current, active dental license in the state of Indiana. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently as the sole provider. A collaborative mindset and willingness to work alongside other dental professionals. Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
