What You’ll Love About This Role Consistent 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) 32 clinical hours per week – no weekends Daily team huddle at 7:45 AM to set you up for success A positive, collaborative team that supports each other A practice that respects your time, skills, and autonomy What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and dental X-rays Provide high-quality hygiene care including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with a team focused on excellent patient outcomes What We’re Looking For Active South Carolina Dental Hygiene license Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience X-ray certification Strong communication and patient education skills A positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset A solid work history and a desire for long-term growth with one practice Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monthly team bonus opportunities Signing bonus (after 90 days) Scrubs provided Annual CE credits included Benefits Full clinical autonomy Health insurance 401(k) with 4% employer match CE allowance & ongoing professional development Consistent schedule that supports work-life balance Supportive, team-centered culture where people enjoy coming to work Ready to Take the Next Step?
