About the job: Patient Care Coordinators work in the front office to help check patients in and out, discuss treatment plans, schedule future appointments, take payments and work with dental insurance. You’ll facilitate all aspects of our office experience for our patients, both existing and new! Additional duties include answering phones, performing a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the patient waiting area is clean and welcoming. Our office is open Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm and on Fridays from 8:00am-1:00pm. About you: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will interact daily with patients of the practice. You should also be proficient in office software, as you will need to enter information on payments and electronic patient records system. You must be able to take direction and feedback, while also work independently. Organizational and multitasking skills are essential in this role. Experience in dentistry is required . Training will be provided to enhance existing skills and knowledge base. A passion for providing excellent hospitality is a must!
