Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Location: Maryville, TN Practice Type: Private, One-Dentist Practice Hours: 25-30 hours per week (Fridays off) About Us: We are a small, private dental practice with a passionate and dedicated team. Job Responsibilities: Assisting the dentist during patient exams and procedures Taking X-rays, impressions, and other diagnostic records Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments Providing patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans Maintaining patient records and managing scheduling as needed Ensuring a clean and organized clinical environment Assisting with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Must be a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Ability to work 25-30 hours per week Excellent communication skills and a positive, caring attitude Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Experience with digital X-rays and dental software is a plus Previous experience in a private practice is preferred but not required Why Work With Us: Fridays Off!
