Serenity Smiles Dental Care is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician with an active RDA license to join our growing team. We are a patient-centered practice focused on providing a calm, supportive experience—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. New graduates are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities: Greet, welcome and seat patients with a warm, professional demeanor. Sterilize and prepare dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance protocols are followed. Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently. Take dental radiographs as needed. Assist clinical team as needed during procedures. Manage inventory of sterilization supplies and instruments. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment. Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Tennessee). Strong attention to detail and organization.
