The Role As a Dental Hygienist, you are responsible for meeting the oral health needs of our patients. You will conduct initial screenings, provide thorough cleanings, and educate patients on preventative care. You will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care to improve their health and daily lives. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, debridement, and periodontal maintenance with technical skill and a gentle touch. Patient Education: Educate patients on routine dental care and health promotion. Comprehensive Care: Conduct oral health screenings, take X-rays, utilize intra-oral cameras, and assess/plan appropriate hygiene care. Team Support: Collaborate with the team, support administrative functions when time permits, and assist in maintaining equipment and a safe, clean environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate, concise, and timely patient records in Eaglesoft. Requirements Credentials: Active Certification and License in Dental Hygiene. Experience: 1 year of experience preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Eaglesoft is preferred. Training to administer anesthetics is preferred.
