Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk - Del Mar Dental - Fort Worth, TX

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This position plays a key role in helping patients understand their treatment and financial options while ensuring a smooth and positive experience. The candidate must be bilingual (SPANISH & ENGLISH) and must have at least 2-3 of experience in the dental field and Dentrix software Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients Verify dental insurance (PPO & Medicaid preferred) Break down patient portions, co-pays, and benefits Coordinate scheduling for treatment and follow-ups Follow up on pending treatments and unscheduled patients Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix Provide excellent customer service and build patient trust Submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies help with other front desk duties Skills Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to confidently present treatment plans and financial options Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Insurance breakdown and verification expertise (PPO & Medicaid) Attention to detail and accuracy with treatment plans and coverage Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills and ability to handle patient concerns Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software Team-oriented with a positive attitude Office perks We're a small one doctor office General Practice Monday through Thursday Schedule - only open 1 Friday out of every month No weekends No late nights Great work life balance Great patients.
