Overview Looking for a temporary dental receptionist for July 13-16th,2026 for our small, homey dental office in Richardson. Preferably: Bilingual (Spanish) and experience with Open Dental Software. Duties Greet patients warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and schedule appointments using Open Dental Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and process claims Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation review and scanning documents Conduct insurance verification, explain treatment plans Maintain organized medical records, handle filing of dental and medical documents, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for health information management Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing appointment reminders, patient inquiries, and follow-up calls in a professional manner Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour Work Location: In person
