Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children, communicates well with parents, and can keep the front office running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Welcome patients and families with a warm and friendly attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule Verify insurance and assist with billing and financial coordination Check patients in and out efficiently Maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with the clinical team for smooth patient flow Handle general front office and administrative duties Qualifications: Prior dental or front desk experience preferred Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental) is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Why Join Kids 4Ever Pediatric Dentistry?
