Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator – All-on-X & Periodontics Location: Corpus Christi, TX 78412 Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience) Job Type: Full-time About the Role Are you a high-level communicator who excels at closing complex cases? Bay Area Denture & Surgery is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to lead our All-on-X (Full Arch Restoration) and Periodontal departments. This is not a standard front-desk role. We need a "closer" who understands the life-changing impact of full-arch surgery and can guide patients through the financial and clinical journey with ease. Key Responsibilities Case Presentation: Present complex All-on-X and periodontal treatment plans in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner. Financial Oversight: Manage high-production financing (CareCredit, Proceed Finance, etc.) and collect large case deposits. Patient Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for surgical patients, from the initial consultation to the final restoration. Insurance Navigation: Verify and maximize periodontal insurance benefits for surgical procedures. Schedule Optimization: Coordinate with the Periodontist and General Dentists to ensure a seamless surgical flow. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically in Treatment Coordinating for Oral Surgery, Periodontics, or high-end Restorative cases. All-on-X Knowledge: Familiarity with the "All-on-4/6" workflow is highly preferred. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish is required to serve our diverse patient base. Sales Aptitude: Comfortable discussing five-figure investments and overcoming patient objections. Software Skills: Experience with Curve Hero (or similar cloud-based software) is a plus. Why Join Us?
