Duties Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments using dental office management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix Assist dental providers during procedures by preparing instruments, taking x-rays, and ensuring patient comfort Review and update medical records accurately Answer multi-line phone systems professionally with excellent phone etiquette; handle appointment rescheduling and patient inquiries Maintain organized dental records Skills Strong knowledge of dental terminology, and insurance billing processes Experience with EMR systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental office management software Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, data entry accuracy, and office management software Previous clinic or dental office experience preferred; familiarity with medical billing, care plans, and documentation review is highly desirable Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in all administrative and clinical tasks Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding dental care while supporting each otherâs growth.
