Beyond that, here's what we require: Minimum 3 years of orthodontic-specific clinical assisting experience — please note this means orthodontics exclusively, not general dentistry or other dental specialties Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) — this is a must, not a plus Ability to cross-train for front office support — we're a team, and occasionally that means pitching in at the front desk Willingness to embrace our digital workflow, including 3D scanners and 3D printers A fast learner who is adaptable, enthusiastic, and genuinely eager to grow Excellent time management and consistent availability A collaborative spirit — if "that's not my job" is in your vocabulary, we're probably not the right fit What You'll Love About Us We know that great people have options.
