Experienced Dental Assistant - Facial Beauty Dental - Wixom, MI

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate would have minimum 3 years experience in dental assisting. This is a practice that genuinely cares about our patients and our employees. We take the time to do things right and build long-term relationships with all of our patients. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Chairside assisting with Dr. Smith or Dr. Fetolli during a variety of treatment procedures Take record of patients' medical histories and vital signs Operating our digital scanning workflow using PrimeScan intraoral scanner Working with our in-office 3D printers (SprintRay) and milling unit (MCXL Mill) Work on in office lab work Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and supplies Setting up rooms, patient prep, room turnover Operating our digital scanning workflow using Primescan intraoral scanner Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures Building genuine, lasting relationships with patients Skills - Proficiency in using dental software (we use OpenDental) - Ability to maintain infection control standards in a dental setting BENEFITS -Paid time off -Paid Holidays -Uniform/scrub allowance -Simple IRA with 3% match WHAT WE REQUIRE Minimum 3 years of hands-on chairside experience Comfort with or genuine curiosity about digital workflows and in-office technology SCHEDULE Monday 8:30am–6pm · Tuesday 8:30am–6pm · Wednesday 8:30am–6pm · Thursday 11am–5pm COMPENSATION $22– $28/ hr based on experience and credentials Join our team as a Dental Assistant to contribute to providing high-quality dental care while advancing your skills in a dynamic clinical environment.
