Responsibilities Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canal therapies with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for accurate medical documentation and record keeping in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are strictly followed during all procedures Provide patient education on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-operative care to foster informed decision-making Assist in dental fabrication processes and perform prosthodontic procedures when necessary Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment adhering to infection control standards and safety guidelines Requirements Valid license to practice dentistry with current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Associate General Dentist Proven experience in general dentistry and familiarity with pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental procedures and the ability to interpret medical records effectively Experience working with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly preferred Excellent patient care skills with a focus on delivering compassionate service in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining a safe clinical setting Ability to perform root canal therapy, dental fabrication tasks, and other complex procedures confidently Prior experience in a dental clinic or dental office setting is advantageous Join us as an Associate General Dentist where your expertise will directly enhance patient health outcomes while advancing your career in a supportive and energetic environment.
