Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Mobile Dentist to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a Mobile Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care directly at various community locations, ensuring access to quality oral health services for diverse patient populations. Your expertise will help improve oral health outcomes by delivering personalized treatment in a flexible, mobile setting. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to determine appropriate treatment plans. Deliver a wide range of dental services such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to diagnose and plan treatments effectively. Practice infection control and aseptic techniques diligently to ensure patient safety and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with patients and their families to educate on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records using electronic health record systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Coordinate with local clinics and community organizations to facilitate seamless patient care delivery across multiple locations. Experience Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, or related specialties preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques. Prior experience working in a mobile or community-based dental setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is essential. Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, anatomy, and dental fabrication processes. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver compassionate treatment. Valid state license to practice dentistry with current CPR certification; additional certifications in pediatric dentistry or sedation are a plus.
