Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Richmond, VA

Weâre looking for a reliable and motivated Hygiene Assistant to join our team and support our dental hygienists in providing excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities: Assist dental hygienists during patient procedures Take x-rays, polish, & floss patient independently Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure their comfort Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as needed Follow infection control and safety protocols Stock and organize supplies Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent X-ray certification Previous dental experience preferred (but not required) Knowledge of infection control procedures Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Positive attitude and attention to detail We look forward to welcoming a new member to our team!
