Part-Time Dental Sterilization Technician / Hygiene Assistant Bloom Dental of Chesterfield is looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our dental practice in a part-time role, working Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM . This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in growing in the dental field, with the potential to expand into full-time and broader dental assisting responsibilities over time. Responsibilities: Sterilization duties and organization of dental instruments and operatories Assisting team with patient flow and room setup Capturing diagnostic xrays and polishing patients Maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards Supporting clinical team as needed Requirements: X-ray certification (required) OSHA/HIPPA training (required) Strong attention to detail and organization Positive attitude and willingness to learn Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred $17–$20/hour to start (Opportunity for raises as duties expand into dental assisting) This is an excellent starting position with room for growth into expanded assisting duties.
