Registered Dental Hygienist Join a modern, state-of-the-art, multispecialty family dental practice that values quality care, teamwork, and doing dentistry the right way. We provide care across general, periodontal, pediatric, and orthodontic dentistry , offering a comprehensive patient experience under one roof. Schedule Requirement: 2–3 days per week with availability Monday–Thursday required (specific days to be coordinated based on practice needs). What You’ll Do Perform thorough, high-quality dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing Provide periodontal maintenance and support periodontal treatment plans as directed Complete patient assessments, including reviewing dental and medical histories Take diagnostic dental X-rays and intraoral images as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Support patients undergoing orthodontic treatment with hygiene education and maintenance Maintain accurate and complete dental charting, clinical notes, and procedure codes Follow all infection control, sterilization, and OSHA protocols Deliver care aligned with pediatric and orthodontic protocols and practice standards Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure efficient, seamless patient flow Protect patient privacy and comply with all HIPAA requirements What We’re Looking For Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist Strong understanding of general, periodontal, and preventive dental care Experience with periodontal maintenance and patient education Familiarity with pediatric and orthodontic workflows is a plus Proficiency with dental practice management systems such as CareStack , Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms Strong clinical documentation and charting skills Clear, professional communication with patients and teammates Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Why Work With Us We are a technology-driven practice utilizing: CareStack for practice management Carestream for advanced imaging iTero for digital impressions and scanning This allows us to deliver efficient, high-quality care in a fully digital environment.
