Dental Front Office Coordinator - Expert Endodontics Northwest - Ridgefield, WA

Our dental office is looking to add a new team member to support our increased business demands. We are a well established, private, specialty clinic. This role helps support the patient care process by scheduling appointments, gathering patient information prior to appointments, creating and submitting insurance claims, answering patient questions about upcoming appointments, and being able to effectively communicate with other dental offices. Essential functions include: Greet and check-in patients Answer phones and emails Schedule and confirm patient appointments Insurance verification and patient estimates Insurance claims filing Patient registration Core Competencies: Financial Management Ethical Conduct Thoroughness and Follow-Through Qualifications Proven experience in a clinical office setting, preferably in a dental environment Strong administrative and clerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with medical/dental records management and patient service protocols Knowledge of dental terminology and health information management Understanding of HIPAA regulations and dental billing processes This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills and abilities at the highest level of patient care and service excellence.
