What You’ll Bring: Positive, enthusiastic attitude Ability to take initiative and adapt to new challenges Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset Strong computer skills (word processing, electronic health records) Active RDA license (required) Key Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during periodontal and surgical procedures Charting and clinical note documentation Review pre-operative and post-operative instructions with patients Prepare and break down operatories; sterilize instruments Take radiographs and intraoral photos (training provided if needed) Draft patient and referral correspondence Provide occasional front office support (phones, scheduling, patient check-in) Experience: Dental assistant experience : 1 year preferred, new grads welcome to apply Exceptional customer service and communication skills Hours: 32-34 hours a week (Tuesday- Friday) Typical Start Time: 6:30AM Typical End Time: 4:15PM T-Thur, 2:15 Fri We offer a competitive wage plus monthly profit sharing.
