This role is key to creating a warm, organized, and efficient front office experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Manage check-in and check-out procedures Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly Verify patient information and update electronic records Collect payments and assist with financing coordination Manage daily patient flow and communicate with clinical team Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area What Weâre Looking For Previous dental front office experience required Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar) is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Perks & Benefits Paid Time Off and Sick Leave Paid Holidays Supportive and positive work environment Growth opportunities within the Smile Now network Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
