Growing dental practice seeking ambitious Dental Office Manager in Los Angeles, CA

Dental Office Manager - $25 to $32/hr + Bonuses, Medical Insurance, 401k & More!

Full Time position, five days a week including Saturdays (days off are on Sundays and Tuesdays).

This position will report directly to the managing doctor.

To be considered for our Dental Operations Manager position you must have: 

• At least 2 years of experience managing a dental practice.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience with managing AR with Medi-cal and PPO insurances.
• The desire to lead and develop strong members of our team.
• Ability to analyze office performance statistics and audit office protocols and create systems and solutions. 
• The ability to work closely with practice managers and doctors to strategize on growth and patient experience.
• Ability to have fun and enjoy work while getting the job done.

Compensation Package

$25 to $32/hr + monthly bonuses. Compensation is based on experience.
