Our friendly dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. Looking for the right person to take over back-office duties.

Who We're Looking For

We invite motivated professionals who share our vision of delivering outstanding dental care to apply. While experience is beneficial, we encourage recent graduates who demonstrate potential and enthusiasm for excellence in dentistry. Must have x-ray license. 

Responsibilities

• You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift basic dental tasks off of the dentist’s shoulders
• Complete Dental Assisting Tasks
• Dental assistants should be friendly and well-organized with great attention to detail
• Welcome Patients and Prepare them for treatments ensuring their comfort
• Set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Inventory Control
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the operatories clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Track dental lab cases 
• Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations
