We are currently expanding our staff and are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing family.
The Role
As a core member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our dentists to ensure seamless patient care. You will be instrumental in keeping our daily schedule running smoothly, maintaining a pristine clinical environment, and making sure our patients feel comfortable and well-cared for from the moment they sit in the chair.
Key Responsibilities

Chairside Assisting: Provide active, four-handed assistance to the dentist during various restorative and surgical procedures.

Clinical Administration: Assist the dentist with accurate and detailed clinical charting during exams and procedures. Update patient record and treatment plan.

Imaging: Take clear and accurate diagnostic X-rays.

Operatory Management: Expertly break down, set up, and turn over operatories/bays between patients efficiently and thoroughly.

Patient Care: Perform flossing and coronal polishing (if RDA certified).

Sterilization: Rigorously manage the sterilization of dental equipment and instruments, adhering to all OSHA and practice hygiene protocols.

Lab Work Management: Handle, prepare, and manage all incoming and outgoing dental lab cases (e.g., retainers, night guards).

Digital & Traditional Impressions: Perform iTero digital scanning and take traditional impressions for restorative laboratory case submissions.
Qualifications

Active California RDA license OR previous Dental Assisting experience.

Current X-Ray / Radiation Safety Certification (Highly preferred).

Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols.

Excellent communication skills and a warm, comforting chairside bedside manner.
