Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential patient records in strict adherence to practice protocols and regulatory standards
- Oversee efficient front desk operations, ensuring flawless coordination of appointments, communications, and administrative duties with precision and professionalism
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices to refine workflows and elevate the quality of patient care
- Present and articulate comprehensive dental treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and empathy
- Facilitate financial and payment arrangements, providing patients with transparent and supportive guidance
- Proactively engage with patients regarding pending treatments, follow-ups, and recall appointments
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team and doctors to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care

Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental insurance coordination or treatment planning is essential
