- Presenting treatment plans with confidence and clarity

- Coordinating insurance verification and financial arrangements
- Scheduling new starts and supporting practice growth goals
- Working closely with the clinical and front office team

- Has orthodontic or dental treatment coordinator experience
- Loves talking with patients and building trust

Requirements (Willing to teach the right candidate) :
- Minimum 2 years orthodontic and dental front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
- Experience presenting treatment plans strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
