About this role:
This position plays a key role in the overall success of The Dental Collective! Treatment presentation will be for general, surgical, orthodontic and cosmetic dentistry with exceptional care. Patient consultations are spent building rapport, listening well to understand how to achieve their oral health and aesthetic goals, as well as assisting them with financial options. It will require taking x-rays, photos, 3D imaging, some social media assistance, coordinating sedation and/or general anesthesia, travel arrangements when necessary, tracking production/collections for new patients, tracking/following up with unscheduled treatment and overseeing the restorative schedule. This role can be demanding, yet is always extremely rewarding to help change smiles and provide a new sense of confidence for our patients. To win this exciting and rewarding position you will need:
● Experience in Dentistry as a treatment coordinator preferred
● Expert on dental software, PPO billing, treatment planning and financial arrangements
● Experienced on how to schedule a dental practice to goal
● Sociable and able to build rapport easily. Ready to bring massive value to our practice and patients
● Modify and updating systems and procedures to ensure optimum service to patients, the practice and employees
● Advanced speaking and presentation abilities
● Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
● Committed to HIGH quality patient care

● We offer a five-day working week for this full-time position and an attractive salary package. Part time may be available temporarily.
