Front Desk Receptionist – Bilingual (Spanish Required) – Dental Office

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while helping maintain smooth daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. Spanish-speaking skills are required to assist our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out patients
• Answer incoming phone calls and text messages professionally
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Collect, process, and accurately track payments (cash, credit card, and electronic payments)
• Obtain patient consents, signatures, and update medical histories
• Prepare and audit patient charts for the next business day
• Scan and organize same-day patient charts and documents into the system
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist with general front office administrative duties
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling financial transactions and payment tracking
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
• Familiarity with dental software is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
