Experienced Surgical Dental Assistant – Specialty Periodontal Practice

We are a growing private specialty periodontal and implant practice seeking an experienced surgical dental assistant who takes pride in exceptional patient care, organization, anticipation, and clinical excellence.

We are looking for someone who truly enjoys dentistry, thrives in a collaborative team setting, and naturally takes ownership of their role and responsibilities.

Our office is continuing to evolve into a modern biologic/wellness-focused specialty practice utilizing advanced technology including lasers, digital workflows, surgical implant care, and periodontal therapy. We value professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail, warmth with patients, and strong communication.

Position Details:

• Specialty periodontal and implant practice

• 3-4-day work week

• Monday–Thursday schedule

• Advanced technology and modern systems

• Supportive private/non-corporate environment

• Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level

• Target compensation range: approximately $23–$28/hour for the right candidate with room for growth
