Dental Treatment Coordinator

My Dental and Implants is a top-rated, growing practice in Glendale serving patients across Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, and Phoenix. We specialize in life-changing dentistry — dental implants, All-on-4, snap-in dentures, full mouth rehabilitation, veneers, and sedation dentistry. Our patients aren't coming in for routine cleanings. They're coming in because they want their smile, their confidence, and their quality of life back. Your job is to help them get there — confidently, comfortably, and on a financial plan that works.

What you'll do:

• Own the treatment plan conversation from consultation through commitment
• Connect with the patient, and understand what they really want before treatment is presented
• Present cases in a way patients understand, trust, and act on
• Walk patients through financing options and help them find a path forward — not just hand them a quote and hope
• Follow up with patients who didn't schedule the same day until they commit because is the best for their health
• Track and close unscheduled treatment so opportunities don't sit on the shelf
• Hit weekly and monthly case acceptance and production goals alongside the team

What we're looking for:

• A confident communicator who isn't afraid of money conversations
• Someone who treats every consult like the patient's outcome depends on it — because it does
• A track record of hitting goals, closing business, or driving results in a previous role
• Comfort with numbers, payment plans, and clearly explaining value
• High emotional intelligence — many of our patients are nervous, embarrassed, or have had bad dental experiences. You need to make them feel safe before they'll move forward.
• Bonus: prior dental treatment coordinator experience — but we'll train the right sales-minded person
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
