Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This position involves assisting dentists during procedures, managing patient records, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment. Duties & Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, using four-handed dentistry techniques to maximize efficiency. Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment in compliance with aseptic and infection control protocols . Take dental X-rays as required, following all radiation safety guidelines . Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate dental records using Dentrix . Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in dental terminology, procedures, and instruments . Prior experience in a dental office setting (required). Knowledge of dental receptionist duties (a plus). Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control practices . Ability to work efficiently in four-handed dentistry scenarios. Competence in dental software systems , particularly Dentrix. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
