Key Responsibilities Greet, seat, and prepare patients for dental procedures while ensuring their comfort Communicate clearly with patients and team members Assist chairside, including suctioning, instrument transfer, and patient positioning Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control standards Prepare and place dental materials as needed Take and process dental radiographs Create temporary restorations and polish appliances Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow HIPAA and safety protocols Assist with equipment upkeep and inventory management Maintain current CPR certification and assist in emergencies Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Dental assisting certificate or degree Current CPR certification Basic computer proficiency and understanding of HIPAA regulations Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with patients ages 3 and up Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-patient (2-column) schedule with one doctor Benefits 401(k) with 4% employer match (after 1 year) Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years 7 paid holidays (after 90 days) Dental coverage for you and your immediate family (after 90 days) Monthly performance bonuses Position Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour Location: In person Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
