Our ideal candidate has 2 or more years of dental practice experience, a current CDA/ RDA license, and excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly Responsibilities: Greet patients and explain dental care treatment plans so they feel comfortable during the appointment Help dentists and dental hygienists during procedures or examinations by providing suction, handing off dental instruments, and ensuring chair-side accessibility to the team Assure all dental office infection control policies and safety regulations are met by disinfecting and sterilizing all equipment and instruments after use Schedule appointments for patient care follow up, answer any questions they may have about dental hygiene, and provide postoperative instructions with methods for infection control of the patientsâ teeth and gums, after procedures Prepare and lay out sterilized equipment, dental instruments, anesthetics, dental supplies, and materials inside treatment rooms for examinations and dental procedures Qualifications: Superb interpersonal skills, customer service, organization, and excellent communication skills are desired Current BLS/CPR certification is required Experience with dental software, updating patient histories, and computer skills are needed About Company We are a group specialty practice aiming to deliver the best patient experience every day.
