Front Office Team Member – Austin Dental Care (Mon–Thurs, 8 AM–4 PM) We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice looking for an experienced and professional Front Office Team Member to join our team! If you are organized, personable, and confident in presenting treatment plans, we’d love to hear from you. *Experience in dental front office positions REQUIRED* Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends!) Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Manage scheduling and appointment coordination Verify insurance and process patient information Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Handle patient communications (phone, email, reminders) Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support overall front office operations Qualifications: Previous dental front office experience required Strong experience with treatment planning and case presentation Familiarity with Dentrix is highly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer: Consistent weekday schedule (long weekends every week!)
