Our fun family dental office in Milford is looking for an experienced, friendly & motivated Part Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and dedication to patient care. Our office is family oriented, so you must be comfortable with patients of all ages from 2 to 102. We are a paperless office, so computer skills are a must. Knowledge of Dentrix dental software & Dexis imaging software would be a plus. Job Description Includes: review charts & daily hygiene schedule Perform patient screening procedures; such as assessment of oral health conditions, review of the health history, head & neck inspection & dental charting. Take radiographs Demonstrate patient appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health; (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing & mouth rinse).
