Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk â Join Our Compassionate Team! What Youâll Do As our Treatment Coordinator, youâll be the welcoming face of our practice and a key player in ensuring smooth operations. Youâll serve as a key liaison between the dental team, patients, and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Present treatment plans and financial estimates to parents/guardians. Verify insurance coverage, submit pre-authorizations, and process claims. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on treatment and recall appointments. Collect and post patient payments and manage outstanding balances. Collaborate with the dentist, assistants, and front office to maintain an efficient schedule. Deliver exceptional customer service in a warm, family-friendly environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred â bilingual communication is highly valued to support our diverse patient families.
