Overview: Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a new graduate looking to start and grow a career in dentistry within a supportive and collaborative environment. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8AM to 5PM Responsibilities: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience Qualifications: Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Help support smooth patient flow throughout the office Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Educate and communicate with patients to ensure a positive experience Work closely with the clinical and front office teams Compensation: $19-$20/hour About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
