Dental Land Pediatrics is looking for a professional, experienced, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental team. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures in an efficient and professional manner Set up, break down, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms according to office standards Properly clean, sterilize, organize, and maintain dental instruments Take high-quality dental radiographs Help children feel comfortable, safe, and supported during their appointments Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, parents, and team members Chart accurately and document patient visits appropriately Help keep the clinical schedule flowing smoothly throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical area Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience required Pediatric dental assisting experience strongly preferred X-ray certification required or willingness/ability to obtain Strong communication and people skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Able to work well in a busy, fast-paced dental office Professional appearance, attitude, and communication style We Are Looking for Someone Who Arrives on time and prepared for the day Takes initiative and follows through without needing constant direction Works quickly and efficiently while still maintaining quality Is patient, kind, and calm with children Communicates professionally with parents, patients, and coworkers Takes pride in keeping treatment rooms and instruments clean and organized Wants to be part of a practice that values excellence, accountability, compassion, and teamwork Why Work With Us?
