Lead Dental Assistant — Boutique Dental Studio in NoHo Polish DNTL is a new boutique dental studio in NoHo, designed around elevated patient care, hospitality, and a modern cosmetic dentistry experience. We are looking for a polished, reliable, and highly capable Lead Dental Assistant to help build the clinical flow and culture of the practice from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be more than “just an assistant.” We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating a high-end patient experience, and wants to grow with a startup practice. Ideal candidate should be comfortable with: Assisting in general, cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry Making beautiful and functional temporary crowns/veneers iTero scanning Sterilization protocols and operatory turnover Open Dental charting and clinical workflows Taking X-rays/photos and helping document cases Keeping the doctor on schedule and the day flowing smoothly Providing warm, polished, hospitality-level patient care Helping create systems, organize supplies, and improve the practice as we grow Schedule: Part-time to start, with potential to grow. Must be available to work at least one weekend day. Who we’re looking for: Someone dependable, positive, detail-oriented, fast-moving, and professional. Since we are a startup, we need someone who is proactive, organized, and willing to help build a strong foundation not someone who waits to be told every small task. Cosmetic/restorative experience strongly preferred. Open Dental and iTero experience are a big plus.
